Newly purchased amazon music not downloading android download failed

OT: download problem help I tried to download mp3 music off amazon amazon downloader properly installed but got a message that a problem stopped the download being downloaded it did'nt specify what the problem was help!!!!!

In fact, all of the music through the Amazon music app that's showing the check marks grayed out is music I uploaded to Amazon, so the ID3 tags are identical to the MP3s stored on my device.

I just bought another song that I know I don't have on my device. It also has the gray arrow and can't be downloaded.
